The Division of Human Resources and Equal Opportunity and Compliance, formerly known as Workforce Strategy, Equity & Engagementstrives to make Carolina a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Since its beginning in 2014, the division has significantly increased collaboration across campus units, created campuswide opportunities for compliance training and engagement, and continue to advance Carolina’s mission to provide a welcoming, equitable, and stimulating educational environment for all. 

Our offices work to implement strategies for supporting and enriching Carolina’s workforce, complying with EO/ADA laws, and enhancing inclusiveness across all parts of our campus.
